With 90 months of aging, this is a sparkling wine with an intense aroma, very delicate fruit, and fine foam featuring citrus and green apple notes. On the palate, the delicate mousse emerges, supported by good acidity to sustain the overall balance. A result of great refinement, requiring wider glasses.
Tasting Notes - Citrine in color with slight golden hues. Aromas of orange blossom, some jam, and a delicate hint of bread. Fresh, elegant, and very expressive on the palate.
