With 90 months of aging, this sparkling wine is intense in aroma, very delicate in its fruit and foam, with notes of citrus and green apple. On the palate, the delicate mousse is also present, with good acidity supporting the ensemble. The result is of great finesse, requiring wider glasses.
Tasting notes: Citrine in color, with slight golden hues. Aromas of orange blossom, some jam, and delicate pastry notes. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, and quite expressive.
