Casa D'Almear Riesling White Wine is produced solely with selected grapes of riesling variety.
The harvest is late and fully manual, starting from the mid-end of August and the beginning of September.
Casa D'Almear Riesling is a wine obtained from the careful selection of ripe grapes with concentration of aromas, subjected to a slight pressing.
Fermentation is elaborated through temperature control systems, ranging from 16 ºC - 18 º.

Discreet floral bouquet combined with the vibrant aroma of citrus fruits and mineral notes.
In the mouth the first impression is welcoming, structured and smooth, gradually the texture of the fluid becomes evident, highlighting the vivacity of citrus notes involved by the sweetness of the apricot.
