Casa D’Almear Blanc de Noirs is a sparkling wine of a very sophisticated style, with a light yellow tone.
The brut sparkling wine Casa D'Almear Blanc de Noirs is produced with approximately 60% Syrah grapes and about 40% Touriga Nacional grapes, carefully selected.
The harvest is late and carried out only manually, starting between late August and early September.
The destemming process is total, followed by a very light pressing.
The first fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 13°C and 15°C.
The second fermentation is done in the bottle according to the Classic Method, followed by a maturation of about 8 months in the bottle.
The riddling and disgorgement are performed entirely by hand.
