The Quinta do Ferro Avesso Sparkling Wine 2017 is a refined expression of the Avesso grape variety, originating from the granitic slopes of the Baião subregion, in the heart of Vinho Verde. Produced using the Traditional Method, this sparkling wine stands out for its elegance, freshness, and complexity, reflecting the unique terroir of the mountain plot at 600 meters altitude.

Winemaking

Second fermentation in bottle using the Traditional Method
